I. Approve the applications of new REALTOR members as listed in the October 2008 membership reports pending completion of necessary requirements.

II. Approve the applications of new affiliate members as listed in the October 2008 membership report.

III. Approve attached resolution regarding indemnification of CEO as Trustee of JCAR Money Purchase Plan.

IV. Appoint John Danyliw as JCAR's representative and Monte Shackelford as an alternate to the CAR Professional Standards Committee.
