REALTOR Legal Hotline: The REALTOR® Legal Hotline is
a service which provides the broker and one additional designee
from each REALTOR® office direct, toll-free access to a qualified
real estate attorney who can offer information on real estate
law and related matters. There is no sign-up fee, nor is there
a charge to use the Hotline. However, a Legal Hotline Agreement
of Terms must be signed authorizing a personal Hotline ID Number
before the Hotline can be used. To enroll, contact CAR for an

Mail List Rental: The Colorado Association of REALTORS®
sells its mailing list on a selected basis. The list may be purchased
on cheshire labels, stick-on labels or on disk. The labels are
to be used for one mailing only. Lists may be based on the entire
state membership, local boards/associations or districts as well
as member type. The list may be sorted by zip code or in alphabetical
order. Attached is the Membership Labels Agreement which needs
to be filled out and returned to CAR along with a copy of the
mailing materials you intend to send. Agreements without a copy
of the mailing material will not be processed. You will be invoiced
for the order. Payment is due prior to the list/labels being sent
to you. Please allow two weeks for the processing of your order.
The Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR) has the right,
at its own discretion, to refuse any order for labels or mailing
list for any reason. CAR will not provide mailing lists to overnight
delivery services or telecommunication service providers due to
existing relationships with such carriers. Nor will CAR provide
labels to fundraising entities. CAR makes no warranty as to the
accuracy of the membership list nor the effectiveness of any mailing.
