Mary Lou Schwab, CPA, CES (Certified Exchange Specialist)

Mary Lou Schwab has over 24 years of tax accounting experience as a CPA specializing in real estate transactions and tax deferred exchanges. She has her Certified Exchange Specialist (CES) designation granted through the Federal of Exchange Accommodators. In addition, she is a real estate investor and an instructor for a number of continuing education classes for Realtors. She has taught at various Realtor Associations and Title Company sponsored education events in Colorado for the last 9 years and has spoke at the Annual Realtor Rally/Builder Expo in Denver and at the Colorado Association of Realtors State Convention in Colorado Springs. Ms. Schwab is currently Vice President at Bankers Escrow Corp. and oversees all real estate escrows and 1031 exchanges for Simple, Reverse, Construction and Personal Property Exchanges. To keep current on IRS tax issues, Ms. Schwab is a member of the Federation of Exchange Accomodators and attends the DU Tax Graduate School in Denver for tax update courses.
