Russ has over 40 years experience in the real estate business, including brokerage, development, financing and managing all types of properties in the Denver area. He has an equal number of years experience in appraising residential, commercial and industrial properties of all types of institutions and individual clients. Russ holds the MAI, VVIM and CPM designations. He was appointed to the Real Estate Commission in 1988 and reappointed in 1991. Russ has written several courses for CAR.
