BOOKS

The store carries a small variety of books, for example the handy Real Estate Manual- that all REALTORS are required to own, a Pierson Graphics - Denver Regional Area, Lead Based Paint booklets both in English and Spanish, and the Mold Guide.

NEW! Specialty Mortgage pamphlet- a handy, concise pamphlet describing to the perspective home buyer the many different types of mortgages. This booklet contains information regarding what can occur with the different mortgages, interest rates and amount of moneys down. This pamphlet addresses many different questions and concerns that a perspective buyer would need to know.

CALCULATORS

The store now has in stock the very popular Calculated Industries Qualifier IIIx. Also available is the Pocket Dimension Master. Both are considered to be the easiest and most convenient for the industry.

CLOSING FOLDERS

A reasonably priced nice heavy gauge vinyl in 5 different colors, black, navy,
burgundy, green and grey. All have an "R" stamped on the front and 2 pockets on the inside for a business card and referral information. These are very handy to give to your clients at the closing.

CONTRACTS

14 different types of contracts used by realtors in real estate practice. These range from the basic contract thru amendments, disclosures, inspections, counter proposals, closing instructions, etc.

INTERIOR DISPLAY BOXES

A nice clear acrylic stand with a black cut out of a house. Each stand has a pocket for business cards and holds approximately 100 flyers.

EXTERIOR DISPLAY BOXES

The store has a large variety of display boxes. There is a large white or black box that is virtually indestructible; it will hold a large amount of flyers with a snap lid to prevent moisture from getting inside. There is also a variety of boxes with different colors to fit the different office colors. These each have a place for the business card. Additionally, there is a generic white box that will hold many flyers. Each of these styles include the connectors to hang the box on your sign.

FLASHLIGHT KEY RING

A bright blue carbineer flashlight/key ring with 2 different REALTOR sayings to
pick. One says, "Don't Be Left Hanging - Always Secure a REALTOR" and the other one says, "See The Light - Consult a REALTOR". These include a battery and with an easy to use flashlight for those small keyholes you are trying to find at night. These include a "AAA" battery.

HEART STICKERS

A nice variety of heart shaped stickers you can use to add a touch of
personality to your things. "I LOVE REFERRALS" is our most frequently purchased, but "THANK YOU", "THANKS" and "SOLD" are a close second.

LOCKBOXES

There are now 2 styles of lockboxes in the store. One is the basic alpha character padlock (Combo) and the other is a new 4 number program (Master Lock). The Master Lock offers an alternative to the combo boxes and many choose it due to its simplicity to reprogram.

MAGNETS

The store is equipped with many assorted magnets from a refrigerator type advertising magnet that says "I LOVE REFERRALS" to sign riders to be used on the realtor signs.

NOTEBOOKS

PADDED A convenient nicely padded notebook with the "R" stamped on the front. It
comes in navy and black with a pocket for your business card and handy a pad of paper is included.

SPIRAL Small (5x7) versatile spiral bound notebook for quick note taking while out and about. It comes with a handy attached pen.

PEPPER SPRAY

There are 2 types of holders for your safety and convenience. One is a pen
shaped item with a cap to be removed for use and the other is a key chain, leather case. The leather cases come in black, red, blue and green.

PLASTIC BAGS

Handy door hanger plastic bags is an easy way to build your business by
hanging flyers on the neighborhood doors. They come packaged in packs of 100 and store nicely till ready to use.

REALTOR PINS

We now carry 2 REALTOR pins. One is a standard ½" tack pin and the other
is a new REALTOR printed out. It is about 1" long and ½" high. A new and different way to advertise your career.

SIGNS

A large variety of signs ranging from a PVC "A" frame sandwich board type saying OPEN HOUSE, to light corrugated square OPEN HOUSE and 2 corrugated house shaped signs - one saying OPEN HOUSE and the other saying HOUSE FOR SALE. All have an area to write in the address of the home for sale.

SIGN RIDERS

20 assorted sign riders to attach to your signs. Many different ideas that come in handy to catch a new buyer's eye. "HONEY, Stop the Car" is our most popular sign with "A HAPPY FACE "SOLD"" being our second top seller.

ST. JOSEPH STATUE

A St. Joseph Home Sale Practice kit is available in the JCAR Store. The kit includes an introduction, a petition to St. Joseph and a 6" statue.

SUNBURST

A very handy sign to attach to your business sign saying "OPEN HOUSE" in a red and white cut-out, starburst shape (oval shape). It does not require any posts or stands.
