I hereby acknowledge by submission of this form that if I do not attend the entire class (arrive late or leave early), I will not receive Continuing Education Credit. There will be no refunds for cancellation/no shows on the day of class. Emergency situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Director of Education.

By submission of this form I consent that the REALTOR® Associations (local, state, national) may contact me at the specified address, telephone numbers, fax numbers, email address or other means of communication available. This consent applies to changes in contact information that may be provided by me to the Association in the future. This consent recognizes that certain state and federal laws may place limits on communications that I am waiving to receive all communications as part of my membership.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be issued to the student if 1) the course or event is cancelled by JCAR, 2) the student withdraws from the class three (3) days in advance of the scheduled course. Cancellation less than 3 days of the course will result in a 75% refund of tuition. Students withdrawing on the date of the course will result in a 50% refund of tuition. Students may also opt to have the tuition credited to their education account. Requests for refunds must be in writing. If a student fails to appear for the course and/or fails to cancel, no refund or credit will be issued.

Parking Notice

Please be advised that there is NO parking in the main JCAR lot for classes. Class/Event parking is on the NORTH side of 10th Avenue just past the concrete median.
