New Report from NAR:
Learn the Fundamentals of Home Prices in the Denver Market

NAR has just released the first Denver home price analysis report available for download on REALTOR.org. The 14-page report provides insights into the fundamentals of Denver's metropolitan housing market. The downloadable report evaluates the key factors affecting home prices, including the health of the local job market, the penetration of "nontraditional" home financing options, and net migration patterns, among others. Reports are free online and will be made available for sale to outside groups.

Ethics Update Training Required
The National Association of REALTORS requires all members to take a refresher training course on the Code of Ethics every four years. All JCAR members must take the Ethics Update course by the end of 2008 unless they have taken the new member ethics training after January 1, 2005.
